How to Request a Refund
Email contact@coreaxis.us with your order number and the subject line "Refund Request". You do not need to return the product. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Conditions
- The 60-day period begins on the date of your first order
- One refund per customer
- Applies to first-time purchases only (not renewal subscription orders)
- Subscriptions are automatically cancelled upon refund
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@coreaxis.us. We will ship a replacement at no cost.
Subscription Cancellations

Shipping Policy
United States
Standard shipping is free on all US orders. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–8 business days via USPS or UPS.
Expedited shipping (2–3 business days) is available at checkout for an additional fee.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the European Union, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Delivery typically takes 10–18 business days. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. You can track your order directly on the carrier's website.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at contact@coreaxis.us. We will investigate with the carrier and reship if necessary.
Subscription Orders
Subscription orders ship automatically on your renewal date. You will receive a reminder email 3 days before each shipment. You may update your shipping address at any time through your account portal.
